Kick Boxing (KB) / Mix Martial Arts (MMA)
KB is a fun and effective cardio workout that engages almost every muscle in your body. KB program incorporates movement from boxing and martial arts such as punches, kicks and jumps. These types of movement are performed in a series of sequences and drills.
KB is an effective weight loss program that delivers solid results. While KB is enjoyable, it's also very challenging. However, by challenging your body to perform movements that are increasingly difficult, true gains in your overall level of conditioning and fitness can be achieved in a relatively short period of time.
KB works on all parts of body specially upper and lower. KB helps in body and muscle toning, improving flexibility and weight loss.
Join us for our KB / MMA sessions that combine dynamic kicks and punches with intense bag training. 1-hour batch burns around 800 calories.
